Day 1: Entebbe Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe, you will be met b and transferred to Kampala for the night at the Sheraton Hotel. Overnight at Sheraton Hotel Kampala

Day 2: Kampala -Queen Elizabeth National Park (BLD)

Depart in the Morning and cross the Equator to Mbarara, where you stop for lunch. Continue on to Queen Elizabeth National Park for the night. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park (BLD)

Originally named Lake George Game Reserve in 1925, the park was renamed after a visit by Queen Elizabeth II in 1954. Birdwatchers will delight in the over 540 recorded species found in the park, and on the morning visit to the bird hide on Mweya Peninsula you may spot cormorants, goliath herons, sacred ibis and fisheagles. This afternoon’s boat cruise on Kazinga Channel may give you a close up view of the abundant hippos found in the channel. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Murchison Falls (BLD)

A full day drive in the shadow of the Mountains of the Moon takes you to Murchison Falls National Park. Overnight at Paraa Lodge.

Day 5: Arusha for lunch.

Game viewing from the water gives you a different perspective today. As you cruise from Paraa to the base of the falls, you will likely see elephant, buffalo and waterbuck along the banks. But the highlight is the search for the Shoebill. This large grey bird is best known for its bizarre appearance capped with a Cheshire cat-like grin. Afternoon free for optional activities. Overnight at Paraa Lodge.
